The guys here (Andrew and Keith in particular) were super nice and helpful. They even plugged in my Tech21 pedal board for me and let me play around while tending to other customers. Keep up the great work guys!

Pricing is always competitive even considering their cost to maintain the stores necessary to 'try out' the gear and discuss what might work best with one of their employees. If you are a musician or just a lover of music, walking into any Sam Ash is like being a kid in a candy store- without the unnecessary calories.
Great place to get your guitar needs. They are a little more pricier than some places that I’ve been, but they price matched the items that I’ve purchased. Everything is pretty easy to find because it’s nice and organized. Definitely will be returning.
I've been a customer of Sam Ash for close to 50 years. During that time, in addition to being a successful attorney, I've played keyboards and served as a lead vocalist in several bands. My children, now married with children, are musical, having playing a wide variety of instruments over many years from cello to sax, to guitar, to drums, and everything in between. I've purchased all of these instruments together with P.A. systems, and other gear from Sam Ash.
I came in knowing what I wanted, and was helped very quickly and professionally. They even brought my new keyboard out to my car and helped me load it! Would definitely go back for more equipment, even though Cherry Hill is closer. (I was going to go to Cherry Hill but they didn't have what i wanted in stock but Franklin Mills did).
