The price they say they will buy things for on the website is not honored in the stire when you actually bring it in. Even after pulling up the website and showing the store clerk, he could not give an explanation and simply said, "idk why our website says that, but im not paying that much" im actually really upset because i was selling my tablet as a last resort. I didnt even have enough gas to make it home so i had no choice but to sell it to them anyway so i could make it home. I will never come into this store again and hope karma kicks these people in the ass, because this is absolutely unnacceptable.
Have no issue with the items I got there. My only critique is the need for room and staff to manage the front desk. Overall they are genuine in my book.
Horrible customer service I agree , as far as iPhones goes, I’ve bought several from them, Avoid buying any iPhone from them ! You’ll end up having a technical problem within a month or so of having the phone smh . Just buy a fresh new phone, may be expensive but at least you won’t be buying a used piece of junk
I am a regular customer at the Philadelphia mills location. on November 14th I walk in to sell an iPhone 4 and notice that there is only 2 people ahead of me so I think I would only be in the store for 45 mins at most. I end up waiting and hour before they actually take my phone to test and the guy said the testing would only take 5 to 10 minutes and the test took 30 minutes. I finally left after waiting an hour and 45 mins to sell an iPhone 4 for 20 dollars. May consider going to a different location.
Havent had a problem with customer service, they were very helpful when i went in today to have a console looked at under warranty and they replaced it after agreeing that it was bad. I am dissapointed that it doesnt seem that they test their merchandise though, as i just got back to try the new console, which works fine, but the new controller now doesnt work. So now i have a working console and non working controller.
