This store has very bad customer service. I called to inquiry about a wedding band. The sales associate cut me off before I could finish my sentence, telling me she could not help me without a sku#. She was very rude and not helpful at all. I called back to speak with the manager and I was told the manager was out for the next three days. I called a different store and gave them the same discription of the wedding band and they were more than willing to help me. They gave me the price of 3 different karat sizes they had available without the need of a sku#.
Terrible customer service. I was completely ignored. The women that work here are rude.
My fiancé bought my engagement ring from this Zales store and the staff was very helpful. After the proposal we had to get my ring sized and I was able to keep my ring until the new size arrived at the store and was able to swap it out with no problem.
