Soweit zu akzeptieren. Aber die Kleidung war jedoch nicht wieder einsortiert (wir hatten uns Mühe gemacht und wollten wieder raus suchen).
Bis wir fertig waren war der besagte Mitarbeiter wieder an der Kasse. Als wir ihn noch einmal darauf ansprachen bekamen wir nur knappe Antworten und blödes Lächeln. Natürlich sind wir keine *naitive speaker*. Aber eigentlich war klar was wir wollten.
I went and the largest size they had in means was a 32 . I needed a 34 36 And i was expecting for them to have a 36 36 But all they had was 32 32 !! I was so disgusted with their lack of products ! Uggh ! Their Service Was great though . Nice employees .
Wir hatten Kleidung zurück gelegt. Als wir nach einer halben Stunde bis maximal Stunde wieder kamen sagte man uns die Kleidung wurde wieder einsortiert. Der verantwortliche Mitarbeiter sei gerade in Pause und obwohl er mit Getränk lächelnd im Laden herum stolzierte dürfe man ihn während dessen Pause nicht ansprechen.
I tried on pants and wasn't sure what size I was, so I tried on two different sizes, picked one bought it went home. When I got home I realized I bought them one size too big. I went back the next day and exchanged them without issue, I had my receipt, no problem. What impressed me was what happened after, I left the store and found out at a gas station that I left my purse somewhere. I was devastated, my husband called the mall, no luck then I remembered the Levi store. They said they found it, so I had to go all the way back. But not only did they keep my purse safe but also asked me for proof of ID , which made me feel better about how they handle these situations, instead of just handing it to anyone. I checked and made sure everything was there and everything was there including the cash, my cards and my cell phone. I cant thank them enough, the employees were not only friendly and polite but made me have faith in the integrity of the type of people they hire. I was already a Levi jeans fan, but I am now a customer for life!

Sooo schlecht ist mein Englisch nicht und blöd bin ich auch nicht, unfreundlich war ich garantiert nicht ... Man wollte uns schlicht weg nicht wirklich helfen. Entweder die mögen keine Touristen, Ausländer oder die haben sonst einen Schaden. Kann es mir bei besten Willen nicht erklären. Ich habe das nach sehr vielen Aufenthalten in den USA noch nie erlebt. Dieser Shop schneidet mit weitem Abstand als schlechtester Levis Shop in den ganzen USA ab! Bleibt ihm fern! Gibt bessere...
