nice selection of clothes but bad customer service .....

When asked to get a size "10 1/2 shoe," the lady went and brought back a size 9. Not realizing, my boyfriend tried on the shoes and found out it was the incorrect size. He then asked the lady for a size 10 1/2 once again. The lady brought back a size 10. When asked if she could bring a size 10 1/2 one more time, she rollled her eyes and told her coworker that we were getting on her nerves. Excuses me miss, it's you had brought the right shoes out in the first place no one would not have "gotten on your nerves." Having formally worked on retail, I understand Being tired during a shift, but that does not give you the right to complain about a customer to a manager (who did nothing wrong) while they are in earshot of you. I was also appauled at the fact that the manager condoned it. Will never be shopping there again.

Worst experience I've had at a shoe store. Entire staff was rude and treated my boyfriend and I with no respect.

Normally when I go to Jimmy Jazz the staff is pleasant and on point. Well today 12/23/17 Not so much. Ladies only working. And they all look like they would rather be any where but work. It's a shame ! Customer Service need Men working to off set the Moody ass females. Sorry ladies need to do better.

No other store has this policy!! The worst policy ever!!! Plus they dont take shoes back or exchange them after 7days even if U DO have the receipt!

THATS REALLY BAD BUSINESS!!! WORST SHOE STORE TO EVER SPEND UR MONEY AT!!!!

I have been to this place constantly and in all honesty it is one of the best shoe store out there. The manager was absolute a delight and patient with me when I need help picking out the new sneakers(not a sneakerhead) and was willing to describe certain things when it came to sneakers. The staff was quite friendly and quite frankly funny. Instead of it being about business they made it like a good time. I will come back at anytime! I would recommend going to this shoe store if you want to be trendy and get treated friendly.

Never buy shoes from here! They wont take my sons shoes back for a different size cause i lost the receipt but yet they havent been worn and they are still in the box .... AND ITS ONLY BEEN 2 DAYS!!!
