Very unprofessional, IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR PRECIOUS TIME and MONEY. Its very unprofessional how the entire staff of financial aid and office memebers carry themselves. I've been trying to resolve an issue with my account prior to my completion of the electrical program. They overcharged my account saying I owe $4,000. I have been calling for weeks leaving multiple voicemails, but no one will get back to you when it makes their brain hurt... and they actually have to put in some work to figure something. I would NOT RECOMMEND this program or Institute to anyone. Save your money, pick a better institution. They're many out there with better education for less money, take it from the source from someone who's been through it.

The experience of a classroom setting, encouraged to partake as your electrical knowledge expands ,with instructors that genuinely wants your success has been my experience .Threw out the building. They encourage professionalism.

Our nephew went to this campus, it is very unprofessional how they treat their students. We've been trying to figure out some financial aid issues they miscalculated on our behalf; but every time we try to call to the financial aid department they are beyond impossible to reach avoiding to help the situation that they have caused. Also India in head of financial aid department will promise it's being fixed and corrected to find out 2 weeks later not a finger was raise to help. Save your money people. Go to a Journeymen's School there you get more bang for your buck.

Try a Journeymen's school it's more for your money and get more out of like being able to contract your own work rather than a piece of paper saying you completed this many hours.

Went here, been in debt ever since and they continue to say I owe them money after my loans have covered full cost. Even after the Dean, President, other staff called and said I don't owe anything I get a letter from a debt collector 7 months later trying to say I owe a substantial amount of money to the school.

Even after my lawyer reviewed all paperwork several times saying my program was paid in full. We will be taking this further if need be.

First off if I could give negative stars I would! We should be learning hands on every day ! Not writing 4 papers a day about the same thing for months. One class I took we only learned about diabetes for a month straight. I do not feel prepared to go out in the field what so ever. No one is going to take me serious when I go to look for work because I do not have enough practice. The ONLY good teacher here that I learned from is Miss Lisa. They should also do a better job when hiring teachers because certain ones are ignorant and dont respect their students at all. You can tell these certain teachers are only there for a paycheck, especialy when they say they left their other job because they couldnt "deal" with their patients who had mental problems. Very sad.

**Hope this helps**

When you first enter the program they promise you many things. Just know all you're doing is getting a diploma saying you working # of hours in the field and barley do any hands on. It seems the school keeps changing names every time is gains a horrible reputation.
