My school took a field trip to Washington DC smoothest bus ride and they have the best drivers

I am very disappointed with my experience with David Thomas Transportation. I had rented a school bus to drive my wedding guests to and from the venue from the hotel. Issues were as follows: Bus driver did not leave on time for the first trip from the hotel and then he got lost on the drive to the venue causing our guests to be late. We ended up having to delay the start of our wedding by almost a half hour to wait for the bus and about half of our guests to arrive. This also caused us to miss half of our happy hour since the wedding started when the happy hour was supposed to begin. This was a little frustrating but not as bad as the second part. The following day I e mailed my contact at the company telling them what happened and to see if they can look into this and get back to me on why, as it caused us some issues the day of the wedding (having to wait to start and then losing time at the happy hour) When I returned from my honeymoon I was quite disturbed when I had not received an e mail back so I followed up again. Again no reply for another week (we are now at +15 days from my first email the day after the event) Finally I heard from the Director of Operations saying that my contact has been OOO (for 15 days must be nice) and they will Personally look into this for me. I have yet to hear anything back from ANYONE including the Director of Ops. This is very disappointing as I am at +80 days and 4 follow ups from my initial e mail and have yet to have any meaning full follow-up! Again disappointed with day of driver actions causing a half hour delay and missing half of cocktail hour and VERY disappointed with the administration end on their customer service post getting your money. I would NOT suggest using them! Especially if you just need them for a single trip as they are after your money and do not care about quality of service or customer satisfaction.
I recently visited the office located on McNulty road in NE Philadelphia. My chief complaint is the rudeness of the receptionist "Charlene" which was the name she gave when asked. "Charlene" was less than professional, discriminatory and hostile. I intend to follow up with corporate. A receptionist says a lot about the company, especially because this is usually the first person seen.
Our driver JT was very unprofessional and quite a CREEPY old man. He would not stop hitting on me the entire trip despite my clear disinterest and outright disgust (which he seemed to be completely oblivious of). It was disturbing and made my ride uncomfortable. I was in charge of my group so I had to communicate with him about our itinerary and arrangements. He kept trying to call me over to tell me how "fine" I am, invited me to his hotel room, asked me to come meet him in Atlantic City after the trip, asked me where I lived and if he could come visit me, and at one point grabbed at the back of my arm as I walked off the bus because I got so tired of deflecting his advances that I just began ignoring him every time he tried to get my attention.
