I have to say that my experience at Public Storage Byberry rd exceeded any expectation that I had when it came to renting a storage unit. And the reason I feel this way is because of Jodi. Jodi was not only extremely helpful and informative but she was one of the nicest people that I could have dealt with... She helped me from start to finish which made me very comfortable with choosing Public storage... And her friendly smile is always so nice to see... Thank you Jodi
Jodi is fantastic! She is one of the most helpful managers at a business that we’ve dealt with. While she was on lunch and we needed help she came back early just to help us. The facility is clean and I have no complaints. Thank you Jodi for all your help!! Recommend this location to everyone!
I must rate my experience 5 stars.. From the first time I walked in the office and ever time after, Jodi has been amazing. Great smile, very pleasant and very helpful with any question I had. She explains everything in detail and is happy to do so. If I owned my own business, I would absolutely try and hire her away. But that said, I'm very happy that I chose this location for storage as I know that anytime I go there, I'll be greeted and treated very well. I recommend this location for everyone..

Jodi was an absolute doll!! She was beyond friendly and super helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better saleswoman!! Facility was extremely clean from what I could see and the unit was perfect for what we needed I would recommend this place to everyone!
