It's alright.. Used to be better in my opinion. Never saw the necessity for a name change, it just cost us more money. Most of the stores still have good pricing versus a standard Mall, but always be on the lookout. A lot of the people look a bit Shady.. and while I never personally had a problem I know a handful of people that have. Just have something specific in mind you know you can get there, get it and leave. And pay particular attention to where you park. I find myself going less and less as the years pass unless there's something I know that is a great deal.

Sam Ash is the main reason for my visits but they have many other great stores and choices for food, not just a food court but the perimeter of the mall is lined with a host of eating establishments. Great location too. Accessible from rt 63, rt 95 and very close to rt 1. This will always be Franklin Mills to me though.

Large mall, many stores, although not as good as before. An out of town/country corporation bought place. Spent money repaying parking lots :GOOD. Also spent huge bucks redesigning & building all the entrances. They were large overhangs/protected all from bad weather while waiting for cars. AL SO we're color coded. Mall is 1 mile walking inside, end to end. People knew where to shop, meet others by color of entrance. NOW THE IDIOTS took overhang protection away. You can BARELY see colors on Wall. And they're not same. To pay for this, rents increased & lots good stores left. IDIOTS did not care about demographics. This WAS NOT & WILL NOT be "high end" mall.

I'm a bit biased here, but I still love this place despite the changes. So long as you know what you're looking for this place is good to go to. They have a nice variety of things there (like a music shop with a bunch of different instruments and tools that I've yet to see anywhere else) and nothing is too expensive

Wow! What a Beautiful and clean mall. Shopped for gifts for Christmas and found some really great deals. There are so many stores that you will definitely find something to buy. Will definitely go back soon.
