I always go to Aria especially ER situations that arises mist times because i have a daughter. It will not be fair if i dont write the staff to sat thanks for their help and pleasant words.
Brought my mother in the emergency room ,quick response, polite staff from the security guard up to the nurses ,she was admitted and lots of attention given. We were very pleased....
TERRIBLE ER SERVICE OVER 2.5 hrs WAIT THEN THEY CALL US TO CHECK VITAL SIGNS. IM HERE WITH MY 7yr COMPLAINING OF STOMACH PAIN AND VOMITING!! NOW WE ARE WAITING ON A ROOM. DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO DIE BEFORE SOMETHING IS DONE. EVERYONE IS ATTHE FRONT DESK CHECKING THERE PHONE! AMAZING!!. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME OR BRING MY FAMILY HERE.

Poor excuse for a hospital. This is the second time I’ve been to the ER for 2 seperate friends. Both times we were made to feel as if we were an inconvenience. This is a hospital. People come to the hospital to get help. They need to shut this hospital down and get new management, new staff in here. This place is a joke. Ashley Frank was the Dr. assisting and we asked for the supervising head doctor because Ashley Frank was so rude, and intolerant and insensitive. I understand as a dr. You see trauma all day everyday but it is unacceptable to make a patient feel as if they’re an inconvenience to you. Disgusted.

Extremely long waits!!! expect to sit there for at least an hour before they even bring you back no matter how much pain your in with no one else waiting. Been here several times only because its the closest hospital so also when you get back there expect to sit for another hour and a half before they even start diagnosing your injury or illness i came in with an extremly large dogbite and was bleeding all over the waiting room with noone in it, waiting hours in excrutiating pain before i even went back. I reccomend that noone use this hospital for any reason and that you take the time to drive to a more efficient more caring hospital.
