It's very convenient and quick. I was in and out in less than twenty minutes. The staff are super friendly and make you feel comfortable. I wish they were my primary doctor.
I'm not quite sure what this place does for people other than to pass them off to other facilities to lessen their work load.
Went there on 12/13/16 for my daughter who had ear pain and was diagnosed with an ear infection. Sandy checked us in and was very nice and accommodating and Elizabeth the NP was AMAZING and great with my daughter. Total visit was less than an hour, facility was clean and service was friendly and efficient. Sorry for the other people who had bad experiences here but this was our 3rd trip all were great and we will definitely utilize them again if need be in the future.
I have been seen here before and the service was good. However the new girl at the desk Sandy Bozak is the most unprofessional person I have ever experienced. She noticably made a nasty face when we entered because we interuptted her personal reading(which Im pretty sure isnt Arias policy that employees use work time for peronal activities) So then onto signing in. She was very nasty and said put down what is wrong with you. Ok she was really miserable and Im not a doctor(hence why I was there). So I ask do you mean my symptoms? She replied yeah if you dont know whats wrong I guess so. So in the space of one inch I attempt to state my symptoms. After this she sighs hard and says cant find you in the computer. I state that my children and I have been here before. Here's the kicker my husband was actually treated there just two days before with NO MEDICAL CARD since he forgot it at home, when he was never a patient there ever. She went into my childrens files and took it on his word that the medical card that my name is on since I am the provider of said insurance was also for him and charged his visit to my insurance. He is on my insurance and the charge was right. My problem is that she was able to do that for my husband no problem. She turned me away saying I wasnt on file and that I absolutely needed my medical card or no service. So why does Sandy Bozak treat men differently? I don't know and I'm not gonna guess. I will only state the obvious. This women is unprofessional at best and should be fired.
Just left there. Horribly unprofessional. The check in girl was asking what my symptoms are in front of 2 patients waiting to be seen and act like they didn't want me there. She then went in to see the NP and came out telling me to go see my PCP. Would never go there again and would never recommend this place. They are not there to treat people.
