Just went there! I’m so upset I didn’t get the ladies name who did my nails but I showed her a picture on my phone and she Nailed it! Everyone is super friendly and happy when you enter. Great nail salon!!
BAD experience. Not coming back nor will I recommend to anyone.
Then to top it with $85 bill . Even for Gel nails with manicure and pedicure is absurd.
My nails also didnt match on both hands but shaped differently. I should of just left when she cut my foot .... my regrets. Dont make same mistake as me Stay away from Viva if you dont want scar on your foot.
Very nice setup. Pretty fast service. Just had the best foot massage ever during my pedicure from Sung! They offer free neck messages while waiting for your polish to dry. Although, I sat down and noticed there was a little bit of "favoritism" as to who was offered the neck massages first, instead of the rotation of the seating, which was the way it seem to be flowing until it was my turn. Kinda got skipped. But it couldn't have been because I was black...
Dont let the nice appearance of Viva nails fool you. I had mani and pedi and the lady cut the top of my foot during pedicure when using tbe scraper thats tor heel. I still have a scar from month ago this happend. I had an even that night too and because she cut me on top of foot , my heel strap was over that spot and it hurt all night because of this.
Been coming here for close to 2 years. Good normal and gel color selection. I normally never wait, even on weekends, but max waited no more then 10 minutes for service. Prices are reasonable and will fix a mistake with no fuss. Best nail salon I've been to for the 10 years I have been getting my nails done.

What bothers me the most is she didnt even say sorry or apologize at all.
Bad experience. Just don't go there. Charged me twice for a broken nail, which they didn't fix in the first place. Very unfriendly. And nobody even apologize for me wasting my time. Had to come second day to fix it.
