Good place to buy car, but important to get car checked by mechanic before purchase and BEWARE their handling of your CREDIT information. I would recommend against letting this place have your credit information. They made two unauthorized credit applications in my name, despite the fact that I explicitly told each person that I encountered, that we were financing through our credit union. Their actions resulted in a significant drop in my credit score.
Also, get any car inspected by a mechanic before making a purchase. Our mechanic found a cracked coolant reservoir, and an engine oil leak that were not mentioned at any time by the sales staff. Our mechanic also found that the transmission had been removed and replaced at some point - also not mentioned by sales staff.
all I can say is WOW! I wish I would have just came to this place when I first purchased my last vehicle. The initial process is smooth and easy, they are very trustworthy and straight-forward. The staff were so amazing and kind and were very knowledgeable when it came to concerns/questions. I forget the names of the two men I met while there but I do remember Stephanie who was a saint; they were very professional, kind and just went above and beyond to make sure everything went right. I recommend this place to anyone who is trying to get a great running vehicle for a very affordable price. I am so thankful to have found this place and couldn't be happier with my new SUV! Thank you guys SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The process was so smooth and easy. Manny and Greg were amazing to work with. Manny had both cars I was interested in parked out front all ready for me when I got there. I would definitely recommend Enterprise for anyone's next car purchase!
