The waitress would have still gotten her just tip... but..... was told I could not order to dine in on the phone!
Up to Knights Road. Not happy today. I called to place an order for a pizza that I could come in sit down and eat. There was a scheduling conflict where I couldn't wait 30 minutes or more for wait staff and food prep.
NOT HAPPY!!
Been eating Santucci's since a little girl and Joe Santucci's is great. We order from here alot, delivery takes over an hour so we just plan accordingly since it is worth the wait. Not enough is said about the wings which are extremely good!
This makes me prone to not coming back and spreading the word. In today's economy it isn't good practice to turn customers down.
My husband's favorite pizza place...ever...much less in the Phila area! We are a pizza loving family, in general, and JOE Santucci's (there are other Santucci brothers that have their own local pie joints after a split/family dispute--locals have differing gossip, uh--stories, I mean) has the best Sicilian style pizza pie, by far. That means your desired toppings and the cheese are spread out on their buttery square shaped dough, then covered with their secret recipe sauce that has just the perfect touch of zip, and is finally baked to a golden masterpiece of pizza pie!
All these 1 star reviewers are crack heads. I haven't been to this part of PA in about 12 years. I live in Texas. And whenever I dream about good pizza this is the place that pops up in my head. Finally came to visit and this was the one place I knew I HAD to go to. Let me just say it was glorious, tastes as fantastic as I remember. If you come here and you don't like the pie there is something wrong with you. Come here you won't regret it.
We visit as many times as possible in the amount of time we are in the area. That means at least twice I don't care how long the visit is--because we ALWAYS order one to go home with us for the next day!
We waited 40 minutes to be seated when plenty of open tables available. After finally sitting with our family of 4 waited 15 of not being paid attention to until we got up and left. This was while 4 different servers walked right past us.
